Our team celebrated Halloween with a festive potluck luncheon and a creative costume contest. Everyone brought their best Halloween energy from imaginative food designs to clever costumes.

We even had a visit from the cutest pumpkin in the patch and some lighthearted “haunts” from the three "sheet ghosts" (Happens, Hits the Fan, and Holy.)

We’re grateful for the people who make Amherst Label such a welcoming and enjoyable place to work! Days like this remind us how lucky we are!

Amherst Label is proud to announce we brought home three First Place awards, one Best of Class, and were deeply honored to receive the 2025 Calvin Frost Journey Sustainability Award at the TLMI Annual Meeting!

These recognitions part of TLMI’s Printing Excellence Awards celebrate the creativity, precision, and craftsmanship of our incredible team. Sustainable progress is a daily goal of ours, and receiving the Journey Award is a meaningful nod to how far we’ve come since earning the Calvin Frost Trailhead Award in 2023.

A heartfelt thank you to TLMI for recognizing both our printing excellence and our commitment to sustainability, and to our customers and partners for inspiring us to keep raising the bar.

Nye and Shane had a fantastic time attending the Vermont Specialty Food Association Annual Meeting yesterday. It was a great day filled with insightful conversations. We are thankful for the opportunity to learn more about the current state of the specialty food industry and connect with so many of its innovators and leaders. Always a win when we get to spend the day learning, networking and sharing ideas in such a beautiful Vermont setting.

Happy Earth Day from Team AL!

This month, we took a deeper dive into sustainability—starting with a team-wide survey to learn more about our habits and interests both at home and at work. As a thank-you, everyone who participated got a pair of gardening gloves to keep the green vibes growing!

On Earth Day, we stepped outside to soak up some fresh air and give the AL grounds a little love with a quick clean-up. Every bag of trash picked up (at home or at work!) earned a ticket into our Earth Day raffle—talk about turning good deeds into great rewards!

Nice job, team—your time and energy literally made the world a cleaner, better place.

What do LED lights and our team at Amherst Label have in common? They know how to shine in any situation.

This week, that meant pushing through some less-than-ideal lighting conditions as we began a major upgrade.

Huge thanks to our amazing Willdan advisor, Eversource, and Mass Save for helping us take a big step toward sustainability! With this upgrade of 200 lights, we’re now a 100% LED-lit company — saving energy, reducing costs, and creating a brighter future.
