My staff and I work hard to provide outstanding professional service in a modern, friendly and caring environment. We offer a full range of options for vision correction including the latest fashions in eye glasses and contact lenses. For those of you new to contact lenses, we will properly fit you with lenses and offer training on insertion, removal and caring of your lenses. We also handle many medical eye problems such as dry eye, conjunctivitis, and foreign bodies in the eye. If we can’t help you with something within the extent of the state of NH law, we will refer you to the proper specialist. In addition, we offer pre and post operative exams for refractive surgery. When you visit our office you will see that the personalized care we offer sets us apart from other optometrists. We will always take the time to review examination results with you and are only a phone call away if you have further questions. We offer convenient office hours to accommodate your schedule, including evening and weekend appointments. However, no appointment is needed for dispensing glasses, shopping for glasses or making adjustments and repairs. We are a Milford area community based practice and welcome referrals; most of our patients hear about us from friends and family members, not fancy ad campaigns. Many have been with us since the beginning of our practice in 1986, and we are beginning to see the second generation of patients make their way through our doors. We are open for routine care during updated hours. If you are coming in for any reason please wear a face covering, wash your hands upon entering, and then follow our instructions. Also, if you or anyone you've been in contact with has had COVID-19 symptoms or a confirmed case, or if you've traveled out of state or have had contact with anyone who lives/works in a nursing home, please refrain from coming in and give us a call instead. If you have any questions please feel free to give us a call or send an email.

We hope you all are safe and healthy.

Our office will be open 10:00am until 2:00pm, Monday through Friday until April 10th, these hours are subject to change, and we will re-evaluate on the 10th.

You can pick up glasses during these hours or by appointment.

Contact lenses can be ordered over the phone or by email, they will then be direct shipped to your home.

We check our phone and email messages daily and we will respond as appropriate.

If you have a medical eye emergency or urgent need, please leave a message or call Dr. Raczek's cell phone at 603-341-2748.

Our office is currently open during core daytime hours. We will see emergencies and urgencies, but offer only limited routine services.

You can stop in to pick up glasses or contact lenses, or have them mailed to you.
