In Norwalk, CT, we recently completed a project focused on improving safety, accessibility, and mobility for residents at an adult group home.

The previous deck had become worn and posed a safety risk, so we designed and built a new custom deck with sturdy railings and added concrete slabs to provide secure, easy access for everyone. 🛠️

The goal was to create a safer, more accessible outdoor space where residents can move freely and enjoy their surroundings with ease.

Whether indoors or outdoors, we help support independent living and peace of mind for residents and caregivers alike. Projects like this allow us to make a real difference in the everyday lives of those we serve.

Recently, we had the opportunity to help transform an individual’s living space into a fully functional assisted living area as he returned home for recovery.

What was once a standard room is now a thoughtfully designed environment centered on accessibility, comfort, and ease of movement.

The updated space now includes a Shower Bay with a Shower Buddy chair, offering a private and secure bathing area that supports both independence and assistance when needed. We also added an EZ-ACCESS wheelchair ramp to ensure smooth, reliable entry and exit from the room.
