Marking CK3 – Deep Malar Fat Pad + SOOF ✍️
Good results start with good anatomy. Mapping landmarks before injecting helps guide safe placement and balanced midface support.

Does your nose tip drop when you smile? 👃

This happens because a small muscle called the Depressor Septi Nasi pulls the tip of the nose downward during animation. When this muscle contracts while you smile, it can create that downturned tip.

A tiny, precise dose of Botox can relax this muscle, reducing the downward pull so the tip stays more lifted and balanced when you smile. ✨

Small tweak, big difference in facial harmony.

My personal tox routine every 6 months — 172 units for a balanced, full-face treatment. 💉✨

Strategic placement and thoughtful dosing help create a smooth, refreshed look while keeping the face harmonious overall.

Subtle, balanced, and consistent.

Because great results are all about technique and precision. 💫

Happy Birthday Japhia 🎉🤍

From a PA student on rotation with Zainab to officially part of the team. Japhia is treating patients with Botox, running our weight loss program, and training on filler.

She’s become such an important part of our team. If you walk into the office and hear Justin Bieber playing through the speakers or see Starbucks cups everywhere… you already know Japhia is here ☕️

Japhia is incredibly knowledgeable and determined to give every patient the best care possible. She’s always studying and staying up to date so she can continue delivering the best results for our patients.

We’re so lucky to have her as part of our work family and can’t wait to keep watching her grow this year. Help us wish her the happiest birthday! 🎂

A positive aspiration — and a reminder that patient safety is never negotiable.

The MD Codes® were designed with patient safety as its axis, guiding injectors to treat the face with structure and intention rather than guesswork.

Seeing blood on aspiration confirms you’re in a vessel, which means do not inject. It’s not a scary thing, it simply confirms the reliability of your aspiration.

Moments like this are exactly why every detail matters.

Safe injecting isn’t optional — it’s the foundation of everything we do. 💉

Placement is everything.

Injecting along the wet–dry border helps evert the lip for that beautiful subtle curl up in addition to adding structure.

Even with the same depth and cannula technique, placing product closer to the vermilion border (like the blue area) can have a completely different impact and in some cases, make the lip look heavy.

Small details. Big difference. 💉✨

03/05/2026

Injection technique isn’t just about the final result — it’s about everything in between.

When bleeding happens, proper clean-up matters.
✔️ Ensure the cannula is fully inserted
✔️ Avoid touching or contaminating the entry point
✔️ Clean the area while maintaining sterility

The procedure should be as precise as the outcome.
Details matter. 💉

This is what 18 syringes looks like with the strategy of the MD Codes. If you want to know about maintenance, comment “maintenance” below ⬇️

When you approach the face through MD Codes, assessments and treatment planning is naturally comprehensive and the conversation shifts from “How many syringes?” and toward:

What are the indications for treatment and how do we treat?

MD Codes is a system built on specific anatomy. Some areas require deep structural support before any superficial refinement is even considered. Once lift is achieved upstream, less product is needed downstream.

This is why focusing on total syringes alone misses the point.

It’s not about chasing volume.
It’s about building structure, appropriately restoring voluming and refining details all with intention.

Foundation. Contour. Refinement 🤍

Our Story

Hello Milford Community!

We are excited to announce the opening of a new and exciting destination in one of the Historic buildings in downtown Milford.

Coming from a clinical background in Plastic Surgery we have been humbled to be able to see, and treat, a wide array of patients with various needs and wants. In the meantime, we also were involved in the care of countless patients who had horrible previous experiences and were having a hard time fixing the previous disaster as well as re-establishing trust with someone new.

Over the years we recognized some things that those individuals had in common. They often state, “I never knew that,” “I felt kind of rushed but thought I was making a big deal out of things,” “I’m not sure how much was used,” or “I’m not sure what was used.” It was clearly established that people are not really being educated about their treatments.
