Still riding the wave from last weekend’s Yin Yoga Teacher Training ✨
So deeply grateful for the students who showed up with curiosity, courage, and a willingness to go deep. Your questions, your presence, the quiet moments, the honest exploration — all of it mattered.

Yin reminds us that doing nothing is not empty.

✨ MFR Yoga: Gentle Release + Deep Recovery ✨
Saturday, February 7 | 4–6 PM

Slow way down and sink into the magic of Myofascial Release (MFR) — a nourishing workshop designed to help your body unwind, reset, and feel really good again.

This is not a workout.
This is a let-your-body-exhale experience.

What to expect 🌀

Gentle, supported shapes using therapy balls + props

Long, juicy holds that melt tension and hydrate your connective tissue

A calm, grounded nervous system and that “lighter than when you arrived” feeling

You want recovery that goes deeper than stretching

I get a little choked up when I slow down and really take in what I get to do here at Yoga in the Center.

I get to teach.
I get to serve this community.
I get to hold space for our teachers as they grow and step into their own magic.
I get to witness students shift and soften—physically, spiritually, emotionally.

And I get to stay a student of yoga myself, every single day.
Always learning. Always humbled by what this practice reveals.

There are hard days and very long days. There are spreadsheets and emails and all the unglamorous behind-the-scenes pieces. But even then—especially then—I have these moments of, “How is this my life? How do I get to do this?”

Thank you, truly, to everyone who walks through these doors, rolls out a mat, teaches here, practices here, supports from near or far. You are the reason this place has a heartbeat.

I’m so grateful I get to do this. 💛🧡🫶
