OM3 Surgery OM3 Oral Surgery has offices in Mill Creek, Everett, and Smokey Point.

We are a full-scope practice with 3 office locations in Snohomish County--Mill Creek, Everett, and Smokey Point. We are the only Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons covering full facial trauma at Providence Regional Medical Center, which is now the busiest Emergency Room department in the state.

Our practice has been volunteer teaching as affiliate faculty at the University of Washington Dental School since 2009. It’s something that we all look forward to each week 📚🏥🥼

Board Certification and Hospital Privileges go hand-in-hand. OM3 has been covering hospital call at Providence for over 45 years now; everything from facial trauma to severe head and neck infections. Providence is in the top three of busiest ER’s in the state. We cover it every single week and we do not get paid by the hospital to do it. Most oral surgeons don’t actively cover hospitals. We feel it is a service to the community 🏥
