Surprise… Sage Integrative Health is moving to Pennsylvania! 🤍

After three years in Florida, I am excited to announce that I will be relocating my practice back to my hometown and seeing patients out of Nittany Valley Holistic Health in Mill Hall, PA.

For those I haven’t met yet: I’m Dr. Sage Maiolo, owner of Sage Integrative Health. I am a chiropractor, functional medicine practitioner, and craniosacral therapy provider. While I enjoy working with patients of all ages, I am especially passionate about serving the pediatric and maternal population. My mission is to provide personalized, root-cause care that honors the body’s God-given ability to heal.

I am so excited to meet new patients, reconnect with old friends, and serve a community that is so dear to my heart.

To my Florida patients, thank you for trusting me with your care these past three years. I will continue seeing functional medicine patients in Florida via telehealth.

I will begin seeing patients at Nittany Valley Holistic Health on April 1.

Painful breastfeeding is common, but it’s not normal. Pain usually signals a mechanical or functional problem in the breastfeeding dyad such as shallow latch, oral tension, limited tongue/jaw movement, or neck/cranial strain from birth. But don’t panic, these are treatable problems! Gentle chiropractic and cranial work can help by improving the way your baby moves and feeds. Studies show that when tension and restrictions are released, babies often latch more comfortably and transfer milk more efficiently. This means less pain and a smoother breastfeeding experience for mom & baby 🫶🏼

Are our bodies designed to heal themselves? YES!

The body is designed to heal itself through highly coordinated biological processes. Inflammation, tissue repair, immune responses, cellular turnover, and hormonal signaling all work together to restore balance after injury or illness.

If your doctor dismisses these processes and defaults to medication without first exploring how the body can heal on its own, it might be time to find a new doctor.
