✨ Giving Thanks, Giving Back ✨
Galatians 6:9–10 reminds us:

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.
Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people…”

As we enter this season of gratitude and giving, I want to take a moment to thank this incredible community. Your continued love, support, and encouragement mean the world to me, and because of you, I get to do what I love every day.

This year, I feel called to give back. The holidays can be a joyful time, but they can also be challenging for those who are struggling. I want to help make sure someone has a warm, comforting Thanksgiving meal without the stress of cost or worry.

I’ll be donating the groceries for a senior or single-parent family in need here in our community, and I’d love your help finding them. You can privately message me to nominate someone who could use a little extra love and support this Thanksgiving. 🦃💞

My hope is that other small businesses across Clinton County will join in too — each of us blessing one family, one person, one heart at a time. Together, we can make this season a little brighter and truly embody the spirit of gratitude, giving, and love.

✨ 200 Clients! I’m feeling so grateful. ✨

I honestly can’t believe I get to say this… 200 clients! Every single one of you means so much to me. Thank you for trusting me with your healing, your stories, and your energy. Watching so many of you transform—physically, emotionally, and energetically—fills my heart every single day.

I’ve learned that in order to give my best to each of you, I need balance too. That’s why, starting November 1st, I’ll only be seeing 5 clients per day. This keeps sessions calm, intentional, and never rushed — exactly how they should be.

If you have specific days or times you prefer, book ahead now to be sure you get what works best for you — my schedule fills fast!

💛 A Little Update from My Heart 💛

Beginning November 1st, I’ll be limiting my schedule to 5 clients per day.

This isn’t about doing less — it’s about doing better. I want every person who comes to my table to receive my full, grounded, and present energy — never rushed, never depleted. To hold that space the way I love to, I need to find a healthier rhythm that supports both you and me.

After years of 12–13 hour days, my body and spirit have made it clear — balance isn’t optional. It’s essential. And when I honor that, I can continue offering you the deeply restorative, intuitive sessions you deserve.

Because I’ll be seeing fewer clients each day, I encourage you to book ahead now if you have specific dates or times you’d like — my schedule will fill faster than before.

Thank you for understanding, for trusting me, and for allowing me to do this work that I love so much. Your support means everything.
