Friday Yin Yoga at 10:15am is led by this amazing instructor (Heather). She’ll lead you through a healing, replenishing practice that has long holds so you can really sink into the sensation and yourself. If you’ve never done yoga before, this is a nice place to start. There is no right or wrong way, just you and your body and breath. Many people say they feel like they’ve just had a massage afterwards….now doesn’t that sound just lovely🥰

Our new Ballet Fusion class is on Tuesdays 11:30am. Truly All-Levels. The first 15 minutes is a gentle yoga inspired warm up, then 40 minutes of classical ballet postures using the barre. The final 5 minutes is relaxation. It was lovely all around and at the same time you could feel the toning happening in your muscles. Sarah is welcoming and knowledgeable. Bring a friend then head to brunch, perhaps 🥰🫶

Barn kitties😻

We have several feral cats ready for our Barn Cat Program, and they are eager to leave the shelter and return to the outdoor life where they thrive. No barn required — sheds, garages, workshops, and other outdoor shelters make suitable living spaces. 🏡

These cats are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, and free to adopt. They make excellent mousers and low-maintenance outdoor companions — all they need is food, water, and a safe place to shelter from the elements and predators. 🐭🐾

They are more than ready to be back outside, and we truly need the space for the next cats in need. If you can offer a safe outdoor home, please consider adopting a barn cat today. 💙🐱
