Together Through the Holidays is a gentle, supportive space for women who want to build a healthier, more mindful relationship with food and alcohol.

Whether you’re questioning your drinking, working on recovery, or simply wanting to feel more balanced through the season, you are welcome here. 💛

Facilitated by Holistic Health Coach Kristi High, this group focuses on connection, understanding, and self-compassion — offering real support where it’s most needed.
