I wrote the below blurb for Mother's Day:

A DAY FOR MOM: a month, a year, a decade, a lifetime, we exist because of mom and mom exists for us. Mom can be caring, loving, correcting, worrying, teaching, doctoring, protecting… all unconditionally and all at the same time. There are moments we’re annoyed by her persistence and bothered by her guidance. Sometimes mom can be taken for granted assuming she will always be nearby. Show mom you appreciate her because time is precious, and you are precious to mom.
