Align Wellness Studio Align is a full service Pilates studio. Private Pilates and small group classes, taught by highly certified instructors. We offer programs for kids and adults.

Align Wellness Studio is a full service Pilates studio offering the highest level of Pilates instruction for everyone from the competitive athlete to the pre and post natal mom to the more mature client. Private and group sessions are offered in Pilates, LeBarre, Cardio, and yoga. In addition, we offer Massage Therapy with a team of highly skilled therapists. Align is also home to several integrative, like-minded business: Holistic health coaching from Highway 2 Well, Soul Spout Family Acupuncture, and Structural Integration with Pam Donnelly can all be found at Align.

After helping with the ladder barrel, Jax then asked what sort of things does one do on it. So, naturally, Mindy put him right on and talked him through a yummy example. Strong and graceful. He makes it look easy!
