Have you ever had the feeling that you’re running in place? On the proverbial hamster wheel, the faster you go the more tired you become and it’s incredibly disheartening when you look around to see all of your running has gotten you nowhere. Hi, I’m Tiffany and I know how you feel. I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over a decade. I’ve worked with many clients in many settings and I’ve observed a common thread. People are tired! I have personally experienced burnout and when it happened to me I didn't know how to fix it. I felt lost and lonely and it became my mission to create a space where slowing down is valued and encouraged. Where selfcare isn't selfish and people can come to rest, relax and recover. I use massage therapy as a tool to help encourage your body and mind to be still. Recharge your batteries. Refill your cup. Whether you're a pooped parent running here there and everywhere with the kids, a weekend warrior training for your next event or an exhausted executive who shoulders the weight of the world on your shoulders, you need to take time to rest and recover from whatever challenge you're facing. Well Rested isn't just a name, it's an intention. In a world that encourages a fast pace, it can be easy to forget to slow down. Hard to believe that once upon a time I was a 20-something who had never even had a massage, signing up for massage school on a whim, just because someone I knew was touring the school and I was a little bit jealous.

Unpopular opinion: winter is the best. It gets dark early so the battery-operated candles can come out sooner, blankets are basically required, the dogs snuggle more because they love the blankets… and you’re not sweaty or overheated, so the snuggles don’t overstimulate you. 🤣❄️✨
