At the end of the month I'll be in Los Angeles taking the final exam for Holistic TCM Dermatology. Applying this knowledge, I have been able to help people recover from Acne, Pompholyx Eczema, Atopic Eczema, and Psoriasis. It feels hugely important to offer people an alternative to Steroids and Accutane, which have terrible effects on health. I am thankful to my patients who trusted me to learn along with their recovery. Okay... I gotta get back to studying!

Chinese Medicine Dermatology specialist… it begins. I have all of the first day of class jitters and had the school anxiety dreams last night… You know the one - you’re in class with no clothes and the test is being handed out and you realize you never showed up for a single class… 😳 The difference is that I am mindful of the thoughts and feelings - acknowledge it - love myself through it - laugh a little - and get on with it!
