Great fit session with .bilodeau on his new Tempus! Mat is a phenomenal athlete moving from XTerra to the Ironman world. We worked to optimize aerodynamics while keeping him in a stable position to produce big power and protect his knees so he can keep the training load high!

The new Tempus is one of the most straightforward TT/triathlon bikes to work on. The simplicity of adjustment means there was minimal disassembly as we worked to find his best position in space for this bike. Looking forward to dialing in his other bikes when he is back in Utah.

It’s been an absolute blast sponsoring again this year. Due to an unfortunate accident didn’t get to race as he’d been training for. But doing some entertaining hand ups (scroll to see some amazing footage of the. Rave grabbers or jalapeños 🌶️), having our girls race kiddie cross, and seeing friend old and new out there giving it their all every week made 🍋 into 🍹(lemonade margaritas?!) seriously though, huge thanks to all involved in such an incredible series. 2025 update for the PLAN7 Cycling Team kit! Integrating the last few years into one design has us excited. The custom kit store is open through Sunday the 24th. If you’re interested in joining the team find the link in bio. If you just dig the kit you can pick one up. All of the stoke for 2025 whether you’re rallying on the road, gravel, MTB, CX or a sampler of everything…join us.

As always the crew crushes the custom kit game. It always takes many iterations to collaborate and finalize a design. Even better when we make it happen with friends. Thanks for all the support

This doesn’t seem like much, although it’s a big breakthrough after nearly 8 weeks out from breaking my fibula. Surgery recovery is going great with the pedaling not limited by range of motion or pain issues. Stoked!

We’re about to kick off our 12th year of a winter training program with . Previously known as House of Watts, we changed things up and developed the Foundations Off-Season Cycling Training plan.

I’ll need to modify my efforts a touch for the next 4-6 weeks although the big goal of advancing physiological and neuromuscular skill happens when you train at your current capability.
