1. Your regular moisturizer won’t cut it in winter. Add Healing Moisture Drops with hyaluronic acid and jojoba oil to supercharge your moisturizer. These powerhouse ingredients attract water and mimic the skin’s natural oil production.

I promise, people aren’t thinking about your skin as much as you think they are. They are thinking about themselves more.

You may not see them now, but pitted scars can show up LATER in life. Very expensive and sometimes impossible to get rid of.

That scab you’ll get can’t be covered with makeup.

Your breakout will return 2x worse, since you probably didn’t extract the full breakout down the core.

Pores are channels of oil. If you look closely and see oil, it’s very normal. Don’t go crazy attacking every pore.

What can you do instead? So many things, you already know. Ice, spot treat, leave it alone, etc.

Here are my weekly tips for clear skin:

1. Cleaning your brushes helps eliminate bacteria that can cause breakouts. Use a gentle baby soap 1x week on brushes and sponges until the water runs clear.

2. Preparing your meals in advance not only saves time but also stops you from resorting to fast food or unhealthy snacks.

3. Did you know your pillowcases can collect drool, hair oils, dead skin, etc? Wash bedding weekly!
