Pause for a moment.
Unclench your jaw.
Now check your hips.
There is a direct fascial line connecting the two.
So when life feels heavy…
when words go unspoken…
when stress builds…
The jaw tightens.
The pelvis follows.
The psoas grips.
The sacrum compresses.
The low back aches.
And sometimes the body speaks through digestion
when the mouth hasn’t.
Nothing in the body works in isolation.
