This week has been hard! Next week will probably be harder. Lots of tears. Lots of gifts and cards. And lots of laughter with cards like this to lighten the mood! Today one patient told me how much she enjoyed chatting with another patient that she met while waiting. I told her that would probably be the experience with any of my patients that she might chat with because I am so very blessed with such wonderful people whom I really consider friends.

Hey Lakeside Family we are counting down the weeks until Dr. Miller’s retirement and we only have 4 to go. Please reach out if you need access to your medical records, as soon as possible, so we can make necessary arrangements to get them sent to where you need them. Dear Patients and Friends,
After much prayerful consideration and reflection, I am writing to inform you that I will be retiring from my chiropractic practice, effective November 15. This decision has not been made lightly, and I want you to understand the heartfelt reasons behind it.
Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to providing you with the highest level of care possible. Each of you has been more than just a patient to me - you have been individuals whose health, well-being, and stories have genuinely mattered to me. The level of emotional investment I bring to this work is something I’ve always seen as essential to truly helping people heal.
However, I have come to realize that this same depth of caring that has driven my practice has also demanded more of my emotional and spiritual energy than I can sustainably give while also being fully present for my family. As someone who has always believed in the importance of balance and wellness, I recognize that I must now apply these principles to my own life. Thank you for trusting me with your care for all these years. (After September 30th if you need to reach us please contact the office, the website will no longer be in use)

This is family practice. 4 generations of patients in one photo. It is so special to get to be a part of keeping the whole family healthy. The beautiful matriarch in this photo was laid to rest last week. She lived 98 years and left a legacy of love. She was a lifelong chiropractic patient and was adjusted by chiropractic legends. When going through her things, her family found the button in the second picture. I feel honored that they would pass it on to me!
