The Griffin's demise left a legacy that underlined their willingness to provide the highest quality of funeral service to persons in every walk of life. Their legacy upheld the traditions of the funeral industry bonded with the illustrious past of Slater's Funeral Home. The Griffin's legacy highlighted their resolve to seek up-to-date and improved techniques and practices in the funeral industry, while meeting the demands of an ever changing world. The torch was passed to the Griffin children. The Honorable Floyd L. Slater’s Funeral Home was truly humbled to be part of such a wonderful tribute honoring the 33 legislators connected to HB 303, recognizing their efforts and commitment to initiatives that support and strengthen our communities. We were honored to sponsor a special trip for the Baldwin County AARP Chapter in support of our seniors and in appreciation of leaders who continue to serve with dedication. It was a meaningful occasion we were proud to be part of.
