We are a state of the art Wellness studio that employs certified expert level teachers with many years of life and teaching experiences. Many of our senior teachers have studied under world renowned Yoga/Pilates masters and are here to help you establish a great Yoga/Pilates practice. Our onsite therapist have advanced degrees in the medical field and are here to provide you with the highest level of care! We teach Bikram, Vinyasa, Hatha, & Yin Yoga as well as Inferno Pilates. We also offer Natural Medicine, Massage, and Physical Therapy. Our studio is like a spa, but has great high tech features such as FAR infrared heating technology - the same heat used in physical therapy - as well as UV air sanitation. Our studio has mirrors on three sides of the Yoga/Pilates room, private showers, lockers, and anything else you need to get started with your practice. We sell top quality Manduka mats, Yogitoes towels and cool yoga clothing. We also rent mats, towels and have filtered water on site. COME SWEAT WITH US!

Classes are cancelled Tuesday December 23rd - Friday December 26th in celebration of the Christmas Season. Classes are also cancelled Wednesday December 31st and Thursday January 1st in celebration of New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. Autopay members may request VIP access to the studio to practice with our video collection of Yoga & Pilates classes.

Please welcome Anna George to our Harmony Total Wellness Team! Anna will be teaching Inferno Pilates on Monday Mornings and is going to be an awesome teacher!

More About Anna:

Anna has always had a love for fitness & enjoyed many different modalities of workouts. She has tried them all, but always comes back to Pilates. After moving to Milledgeville & having her 2 children, she found Harmony Total Wellness & her love for Inferno Hot Pilates. After a year+ of taking classes, Anna decided to expand her knowledge by taking Inferno Pilates Level I Teacher Training in November 2025. She is a nurse by profession, cared for heart surgery patients for 10 years, & knows the benefits of working out on the body. When she is not sweating at IHP, you can find her adventuring with her husband & 2 girls, playing out on the lake, or reading a book. She hopes to be a positive voice & motivator wherever you are on your fitness journey!

Hey everybody! Tomorrow we begin our first of a two part workshop based on the Bikram Beginning Yoga series. We will start with the standing series at 8:30 in the morning and end at 11:30 AM. The second session, focusing on the floor series, will be held on Tuesday, November 18th at the same time. If you have ever considered trying Bikram Yoga or would like to come back to the practice, this is definitely the class for you! Changu is a highly skilled Yogi who has spent a great deal of time with Bikram and has in-depth knowledge of the practice. You don’t want to miss this! 💪🏽🔥😅🙏🏽❤️
