I invite you to join us at Glowing Energy to experience profound healing, growing, sharing and connecting with like minded people. Group classes and certification classes are always in small groups which creates a deeper healing and learning experience. Offerings: Reiki Certification Classes of all levels, Reiki Circles, Meditation, with Crystal Bowls sessions, Sound Bath, Tuning Forks Certification, Women's Circles, Jewelry Workshops, Cacao Ceremony, Reiki for Kids. If there's a class you're looking for, reach out, we are always open to suggestions and new ideas. We also invite other healers and facilitators in for new offerings. All private sessions are available by appointment for: Mentoring, 1:1 programs, Reiki and Sound Healing. Join us for a very special Semi Private session of Tibetan Bowls and Gong Sound Journey!
Tibetan bowls are sacred, ancient instruments that create a meditative and relaxing experience, while deeply healing physically and emotionally down to the cellular level.
They cause our energy to shift and flow, releasing emotional blocks and pain while calming the nervous system.
You will feel deep vibrations as the Singing bowls are placed directly on your body, nourishing you in profound ways, moving stuck energy, assisting in the body’s own power to heal. Combined with the powerful Gongs, this session is not to be missed.

This semi private session is limited to 2 people. Each person will lie on a massage/reiki table for optimum comfort.

Become a Sound Healer Facilitator with Crystal Bowls ~
Are you feeling called to work with the vibrational Sound of Crystal Singing Bowls to create transformational healing for yourself and others.
Vibrational sound can deeply heal on an emotional, physical and mental level by balancing and harmonizing our energy centers. While calming the nervous system, vibrational sound shifts and moves energy, releases stress, pain, anxiety and overwhelm.
Crystal Bowls can be amazingly soothing and beautiful on their own or used in combination with sound baths, yoga, meditation and other healing modalities.
I have seen amazing healing results through these sessions.

In this 2- 21/2 hour class you will learn:
*How vibrational sound heals
*The notes of each bowl and how they associate with your chakras
*Different options in sizes
*Wands/Mallots
*How to play the bowls and plenty of hands on practice
*Care and maintenance
*The importance of working with intention and ceremony
*Combining and using Crystal Bowls to enhance other forms of energy healing.
*Certificate of Completion

Several Crystal Bowls will be available to use for practice. For those who have your own, please feel free to bring them.

As you hear the magical sounds of Sining Bowls, Gongs, Drums, Chimes, you may also FEEL the vibration of sound as it moves through your body, breaking up blocked or stagnant energy to flow and release.
Pain, stress, anxiety, emotional trauma and negative energy are cleared away, allowing our body to return to the harmonious beings we were born to be.

At Glowing Energy, Reiki circles are offered once or twice per month, as well as Reiki Certification Classes and Private Reiki Sessions.

January 19th - 7-8pm - Setauket House
Immerse yourself in the vibrational sound of Crystal Bowls and Reiki.
Combining Reiki and Sound can be a very healing and powerful experience.
They are both vibrational in nature. Every cell in our body has a natural frequency of vibration. When the stresses and challenges of life accumulate, our body and mind cannot function and heal the way it is meant to. The healing sounds of Crystal bowls and the energy of Reiki create a movement and flow to our energy, pushing out what is blocked to restore balance and harmony to our entire being. Our nervous system resets, and our body can heal when it needs to.
Join us for an evening of deep healing and peace.

We begin the session with a brief relaxing, guided meditation then flow into the soothing sounds of the Crystal Bowls and Reiki.

Please bring a yoga mat and pillow/blanket. Chairs are available for those not comfortable lying down.
