A great opportunity here

One of the main reasons we wanted to open this space was to provide a venue for musicians to get paid a decent amount for their gigs. We’ve been trying our best to do this, but it is often hard to hit our goal. Our full-band shows have been ramping up, but we’ve slowed our booking to focus on ways to make this all work without any personal financial resources to spare.

We’d love to have monthly songwriter showcases, where we can invite solo members of the local music community to play, at all ages and levels. We’ve been struggling to get patrons through the door for these solo shows, at no fault to the musicians, who promote and bring everything they’ve got. Our idea is this:
We are looking for a few local businesses who would want to sponsor these shows. If we could get four businesses to sponsor $50 a month, that could (in addition to the door money) help us hit the guarantees we’d like to pay each musician. As a sponsor, we’d promote your business, and you could have permanent advertising up in the venue.

If you or anyone you know might be interested, please reach out! We have a lot of solo performers looking to come play, so we’d love to start this asap!
