I say this with love, take your health seriously before you’re sick.
Because prevention will always cost less than the alternative.

I didn’t grow up with privilege.
I was raised by a single mom in Section 8 housing.
My dad lived with his mom in a trailer, when he wasn’t in jail, I went back and forth between them.
EBT was the standard.
Fast food was normal.
And health? It wasn’t something we could afford to think about.

I grew up in a sugar- and additive-filled home…
and I didn’t even know what chiropractic or holistic care was until I was 26.

But here’s what I’ve learned:
What runs in your family doesn’t have to stay in your family.
You get to break the cycle.
You get to choose differently.

You don’t need wealth to make better choices.
You just need awareness, consistency, and belief that you deserve better.

I want better for you.
