Improper glasses cleaning habits could damage your frames or lenses. Here are 5 steps for cleaning your glasses the right way:
⚫ Rinse your glasses under lukewarm water to remove dust and debris.
⚫ Apply a small amount of lotion-free dish soap to each lens and spread it with your fingers.
⚫ Rinse your glasses thoroughly.
⚫ Carefully dry your glasses with a clean, lint-free towel or cloth.
️️⚫ Use glasses cleaning solution and a lint-free cloth to spot clean as needed.
Don't forget to bring your glasses in for an adjustment or assessment when they start to feel like they aren't fitting properly or when you need help addressing damaged frames or lenses.
On January 23, we celebrate International Integrative Health Day!
Your eye health is more linked to your overall well-being than you think. For clear vision, nourish your body with proper nutrition, manage and reduce stress, and stay active. Your eyes—and body!—will thank you.
At the end of a long day, removing your eye makeup might not be a priority—but it should be. Removing your eye makeup before you go to sleep helps prevent conditions like blepharitis, styes, and other sources of discomfort.
Wearing eye-safe makeup is also important for supporting the health of your eyes. When you visit us, we would be happy to recommend makeup products and habits that support your eye health and your style.
Don't fall for the common misconception that shades are only for sunny days. Even when it's overcast, UV rays from the sun can pe*****te the cloud cover, posing potential risks to your eyes.
Visit our optical department and stay protected and stylish with a pair of shades, rain or shine!

Start the year fresh with an upgrade to your eyewear! A new pair of frames can completely transform your style while keeping your vision clear and sharp. Visit us today to find your upgrade. New year, new you!
Start your new year with a resolution to be more eye healthy! We recommend you:
