Jennifer is such an inspiration. Here's what she said....

I didn’t feel like myself. I didn’t look like myself. So great was the shame and embarrassment at how I’d let myself go! It’s terribly difficult to look at my “before” photos, much less post them. I knew better!!!

But there always exists the opportunity to change your life and start over. Even at age 41.

So, I decided to.

On the left, that’s me last April. On the right? Last week!

What you see is a 117 pound difference. It has taken me just over 10 months.

What you can’t see is that I feel like myself again. Or maybe you C A N see that. ❤️

(Eat food and lose the weight)

BAKED CHICKEN MEATBALLS

- Great protein snack for on the go

INGREDIENTS

● 6 oz ground chicken or turkey

● 1 1/2 cups shredded broccoli, (I blasted mine in the food processor)

● 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder or granules

● black pepper

● 1 egg

DIRECTIONS

Mix all together and form into bite size rounds and bake in oven on foil for 30 mins at 350F

Yummy hot or cold and you can take them with you if your out and about
