Following a pacemaker placement, D.M. came to Ocean Grove Post Acute with a very specific goal: “I want to be able to walk.” At the time of her admission, she was unable to ambulate, but she was determined to regain her independence.

Our clinical and therapy teams worked closely with D.M. to restore her mobility and build the strength she needed to return to her daily routine. Through her hard work and dedication, she successfully reached her goal and has officially returned home! 👏
