Hi everyone, Chris here

I know I don’t talk on here very often, and I apologize for that, but in the next few weeks I should have a great deal more to post. I am working with 2 very skilled individual’s on building a space out and will be keeping all of you updated on progress as able. Brian Kwong (owner of Wing Chun Martial Arts Studio – New Jersey) Kevin Toft (owner of South Street Salsa) and I decided that because we are all tied to physical wellbeing (defense, exercise, and massage) it would behoove us to work in the same location. By the transitive property you have probably already guessed, this means we will now have a physical location for Round Table Therapy as well as a larger overall space for those wishing to learn Wing Chun and/or Salsa. Both Kevin and Brian are amazing teachers, and I couldn’t recommend them enough or be happier to be working with them. If you want and are able, there is even a way you can help. The space we found is going to be a ground up build to our specifications, that means it will cost a bit more than just rent to get the place going. All that said, I think we have some pretty enticing thank yous if you donate. Whether you can help or not, thank you for your support, and I look forward to seeing you at the studio.

Now a bit about how and what:

Because of GoFundMe’s new policies, we cannot offer rewards for our fundraiser on their site anymore. So, we opted to do it independently of GoFundMe and to keep it close to our communities, friends, and families.
Unlike most fundraisers that offer a perk or two at each price point, my partners and I have agreed to provide perks from ALL 3 of our respective services. We came up with what we felt was worth the price, and combined all our offerings together. We not only think these deals are hard to match from pretty much anyone, we also believe that it is a small price to pay for your support.

Great news, everyone: I've just received the second round of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine! I will still be wearing a mask for each client, and expecting clients to do the same, but this is a huge step towards everyone being safer.

For our table cleaning we will be using Lucasol One Step, which is a hospital-grade disinfectant. The attached picture shows all active ingredients, so please alert me of any allergies. I sanitize the table before and after working on each client.

Hi everyone, I'll be putting up a few posts today. Mostly allergy information, and covid protocol.

The main medium I use is Biotones dual purpose massage cream. Its ingredients are as follows:

Purified Water, Octyl Palmitate (coconut oil ester), Almond Oil (Prunus Amygdalus), Emulsifying Wax NF (vegetable derived), Arnica Extract (Arnica Montana), Ivy Extract (Hedera Helix), Aloe Vera Oil (Aloe Barbadensis), Kukui Nut Oil, Cetyl Alcohol (non-drying emollient), Mixed Tocopherols (vitamin e), Glycerin, Carbomer, TEA, Germal, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Fragrance. Paraben Free.

The other option I will have on hand soon is Biotones pure touch organics. These are the ingredients:

Water infused with Organic Chamomile Botanicals (Chamaemelum Nobile), Organic Sunflower Oil, Emulsifying Wax NF (vegetable derived), Cetyl Alcohol (non-drying emollient), Organic Decyl Cocoate (Ecocert), Organic Shea Butter, Organic Jojoba Oil, Organic Sesame Oil, Organic Safflower Oil, Glycerin, Dimethicone, Carbomer, Phenoxethol, Iodopropynyl Butylcarbamate, Aminomethyl Propanol (for gentle pH balance). Paraben Free
