Some of the things I am doing to implement this this year is.....


1️⃣I start my day with black coffee. It gives your body a detoxifying kick start for the day.

2️⃣I am more aware of what I am eating and putting into my body. I am eating more fruits and greens. I am steering away from carb dense foods as these are broken down and stored as sugar in your body. Fun fact... Candida THRIVES on sugar and an excessive amount of sugar will cause an overgrowth of candida in your digestive system cause weight gain, low energy and unhealthy cravings.

3️⃣I am getting out and getting active with my family. More hiking or even just short strolls around our block. Just getting out and doing something. A body at rest tends to stay at rest but a body in motion tends to stay in motion.

4️⃣Finally the most important.... Taking time for me. Weather it is a little extra time to put on some make up or taking a quiet bath. Mental health will fuel your physical health. Since starting these little changes to my lifestyle and routine I am happier. I am calmer. Overall I am a healthier better version of me and I LOVE the me that I have found.
