🍕Add the flour and salt gradually, mixing until a dough begins to form.
🍕Drizzle in the 4 Tbsp of olive oil and knead on a lightly floured surface for 8–10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
🍕Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a clean towel, and let rise for 1–1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
2. Prepare the Toppings
🍅Dice the fresh tomatoes and set aside.
🧀Slice or tear the fresh mozzarella into bite-sized pieces.

🍕Punch down the risen dough and roll it out into your desired pizza shape (about 12–14 inches).
🍕Place dough on a lightly oiled pizza pan or baking stone.
🍕Brush the entire crust with the garlic oil mixture.
🍕Evenly spread the diced tomatoes over the crust.
🍕Distribute the mozzarella pieces on top.
🍕Add the fresh basil leaves.
4. Bake
👩🍳Place the pizza in the preheated oven.
👨🍳Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
