A lot of progress has happened with the studio, it’s been so exciting!!!
The floor and ceiling draping came out beautiful, I absolutely love it! My hubby is truly amazing! All the hard work him & Joe have done to create a beautiful space for me here on our farm, I’m so grateful!
We ran into a few issues with the roof leaking which has been such a bummer, but I’m glad we found it now and are able to deal with it before I had clients in there!
With the holidays and travel plans this month, my goal is to officially open by the first of the year.🥰

1 Corinthians 6:19-20

There’s such a beauty in honoring God in our movement and in our breath. This body we’ve been given is a gift from God, and how we take care of our bodies is important because they’re a temple for the Holy Spirit.

Intention matters…the next time you come to your mat, move and breathe to glorify God.

Good morning friends!😍
I’m excited to be giving a progress report on the studio!
My hubby is truly amazing! He works hard all week then comes home and works on my studio on the weekends.
What he’s doing for me is such a blessing in my life!
To be able to have a beautiful space on our farm to do what I do, to teach and be able to offer a space for ladies to come and move, breathe, and focus on their health is such a gift!

The process of remodeling this space is taking a little longer than expected but any good thing is worth the wait!
I had to take the old temporary walls off, then David did my beautiful natural wood shiplap wall that i absolutely LOVE!
David & Joe had to insulate the entire space, then plywood the walls. Next is mud texture on the walls then onto paint.

I can’t wait to paint and put in the new flooring, it’s gonna be beautiful!

God is so good, and I’m so grateful that He has provided for us in every way!🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Hey friends!!! Thought I’d pop on real quick and leave a little mid-week motivation and encouragement!
We all need it sometimes right!

ALSO…I’m so excited, the back wall of the studio is almost finished! We ship lapped the wall with this beautiful raw wood! I can’t wait to share some progress pics! Not quite yet though!

We also have a shipment of insulation being delivered to the farm on Friday so that’s exciting!
The studio will start getting insulated this weekend!
Wooohooo!🎉
Little by little it’s coming together!

Hey friends!😍 I’m so excited to announce that I will officially be opening my home-based Pilates & fitness studio again on our beautiful 20 acre farm in Millville, CA.
It’s about 15 minutes East of Redding.
“EXCLUSIVELY for WOMEN”

We have a lot to do still to finish the space. We have to insulate the whole space, paint, and eventually put in a new floor, but that will come at a later date.

I will be offering…
Small group Mat Pilates, Yoga, and PiYo classes.
Duo Pilates Springboard classes.
And Private Reformer Pilates classes.
There will be a little something for everyone!

I’m beyond excited and so unbelievably grateful and blessed that I have such an amazing husband who supports me in all my adventures!
