Santa Rosa Medical Group Primary Care and Specialty Clinics will be CLOSED on November 27th and 28th. Urgent Care at Five Points and Avalon will be CLOSED Thanksgiving Day but will resume normal operations on November 28th.

If you need immediate care Thanksgiving Day, our Emergency Departments in Pace and Milton will be open and ready!
