Not sure where to go when you’re sick or injured? 🤔 Understanding your care options can help you get appropriate treatment.
When in doubt, listen to your body. If you believe it’s an emergency, call 911.
🚨 Emergency Room (Call 911)
The ER is the place for life-threatening symptoms like chest pain, stroke signs, trouble breathing, severe bleeding, head trauma, or severe allergic reactions. Santa Rosa Medical Center offers two ERs - open 24/7 - in Milton and Pace.
⏱️ Urgent Care
Urgent care clinics are for non-life-threatening issues that still need prompt care: sprains/strains, minor cuts, cold and flu, ear pain, minor infections, and low-grade fevers. Like SRMC ERs, both of our urgent care clinics offer on-site X-ray and lab services. Open every day 7:30am to 7:30pm in Milton and Pace.
🩺 Primary Care Provider (P*P)
Make a P*P appointment for ongoing care coordination. Our P*Ps will get to know your medical history and help coordinate your overall health. Many offer same-day appointments!
