KANDU Industries’ Increased Support Program 💙

Each day, clients in our Increased Support Program (ISP) look forward to new activities, games, and creative ways to connect with peers. This unique program offers balance daily as clients spend half of their day working in our production area, earning a paycheck, and the other half enjoying engaging, supportive, and fun activities.

ISP is ideal for individuals with disabilities and disadvantages who want the opportunity to work and earn income without becoming overwhelmed by a full workday. Clients enjoy getting creative with crafts, spending time outdoors, exploring the community through occasional outings, and building meaningful connections.

This program blends elements of our prevocational employment program with the enriching experiences offered in our day programs, creating a supportive environment that meets individuals where they are.

End the Year Making a True Impact 💙

As we close out the year, we’re reflecting on the moments, both big and small, that made a difference at KANDU Industries. Whether it’s an encouraging word, a helping hand, or a shared smile, these simple moments leave fingerprints that do not fade.

Through Adult Day Services, In-Home Support, Job Training & Community Employment, Minds in Motion, Residential Services, and KANDU Cares, individuals of all abilities continue to discover purpose, independence, and belonging.

Because of supporters like you in 2025, KANDU served 200 clients, provided 360,000 hours of care, hosted 740 community outings, and offered 520 meaningful activities that built confidence, connection, and joy. These aren’t just numbers. They represent real people, real progress, and real stories shaped by compassion in action.
