Bring any supplements that you have sitting around the house that you **have not opened or used** to swap & shop with others! No more than 20 supplements per person, please! This is a FREE event but space is limited, so please let us know you’re coming by commenting or messaging us. Chronic stress doesn’t just affect the brain, it activates the immune system throughout the body.
