We are a periodontal practice, specializing in implants, regrowing bone, grafts, pocket elimination and crown lengthening. Innovation is our goal.

We are a practice limited to periodontics. Periodontology is the study of the tooth, and the surrounding structures. These structures include the bone, gums and ligaments that hold in the teeth. We specialize in gently removing teeth, replacing bone with a calcium material, placing implants, crown lengthening for restoration, cover roots with gum grafts and eliminating gum pocket and regrowing the bone to save teeth. We pride ourselves of having the latest technology, from laser surgical procedures to digital impressions (without the goop!). Our office has gone paperless, thanks to the hardworking ladies and gentlemen spending hours importing charts. Our team consists of two periodontists, Dr. Paul A. Fugazzotto and Dr. Anya Rost, four highly experienced hygienists, five dedicated assistants and an amazing administrative team. We consider ourselves family, but will open our arms, hearts and office to all patient or staff member. Our patients always come first as you will notice as soon as you walk into our office. We cater to each patient as an individual, we even have multiple language fluencies in the office, including Vietnamese, Lithuanian, and French. We believe every patient is an event.

Can you replace a failing tooth the day its removed? Yes! But not without careful planning and an experienced team to work with. This patient had internal resorption as a result of trauma playing hockey 10+ years ago. The tooth was extracted with minimal trauma and a .us BLT 3.3x12mm implant was placed fully guided using the workflow. The surgical guide and provisional restoration were fabricated by , and the excellent finishing/polishing and delivery by , but not before bone grafting around the implant and a little connective tissue graft under the soft tissue!

Starting today, our office will officially be closed until April 7th for routine, non-emergency care. Dr. Brodsky will be on call to provide emergency care for our patients, and those of our local referring doctors. This complies with the recommendations given by the ADA, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and Governor Baker, and is the most effective way for us to help “flatten the curve” and keep our families, patients and team healthy.
What constitutes an emergency? If you break a tooth, are in pain, believe you have an abscess or infection, we will help to resolve your problem as quickly as possible.
Please remember, that if you have any symptoms consistent with COVID-19 (fever, chills, cough) or have been out of the country in the last 2 weeks, you should seek medical attention and delay any non-urgent dental care.
