✍️Who says “table tasks” need to actually happen at a table?

🪑🏃‍➡️Flexible seating and the opportunity for movement before, during, and after fine motor tasks is so beneficial for so many kids! There is no “one size fits all” when it comes to seated work.
We want kids to be safe, supported, and motivated while they are working on these skills. Sometimes that means sitting on a ball chair. Sometimes it means working on the floor.
Finding the right fit makes a world of difference!

A day in the life of a speech therapist (the Rock Kids way). Eight little ones visited the clinic today. We worked on literacy goals, articulation, describing, social skills, play skills, and language. Everyone worked hard, everyone made progress and everyone had fun!! 🚘 📖 🎲 🦋 🚂
