🤩 We are so excited to welcome Coach Maddy to the Milton Athletic Club! Maddy has joined our team seamlessly and it already feels like she’s been here forever! (In a good way!) 💪 Maddy has a high level of experience in both Olympic Weightlifting and CrossFit. She’s capable of helping all levels and ages of people reach their personal goals. Please welcome her and introduce yourself when you see her in the gym. But really she’ll probably come to meet you first anyway 😊 Welcome Maddy!

🤩 We’ve got ANOTHER 1000 class member and this time it’s Jeanene!! We like to tease Jeanene that OF COURSE she has 1000 classes because she lives across the street 😂 But honestly she has that many classes because she is rock steady in her fitness and health path. We love having her most mornings at 5:30 AM and watching her crush it!! Way to go lady! You are a rockstar! 🤩💪
