End of the first week of the year—and it was a marathon.

This week looked like:
14 × 60-minute sessions
6 × 90-minute sessions
1 × 120-minute session

And here’s what matters most: this wasn’t about quick fixes. This was about consistent care.

Massage is most effective when it’s proactive, not reactive. When sessions are scheduled intentionally:
