Are you a member of the Quitters Club?

92% of New Years Resolutions fail right around the 3rd Friday of January also known as "Quitters Day" in the fitness industry.

I'm sure you have even done it without knowing it had a name.

It goes something like this:

You have the desire to lose weight, you start a DIET, you restrict food so you can be low in calories, or you restrict food categories, you add in crazy amounts of cardio, you feel deprived then have intense cravings, you take a break and binge, you feel out of control, the scale goes up, you feel guilty and ashamed, then you desperately go back to step 1 and repeat what doesn't work.

Most people start this unproductive ritual a minimum of 4 times a year.

Statistics show the average person makes 4 attempts to lose weight each year. Some repeating the same diet, some jumping and trying the latest fad.

Are you tired of the never ending diet rollercoaster? 😫

Your head πŸ—£οΈ is telling you to do it even though your mind is saying but dieting doesn't work, results are short lived and then you feel worse, exhausted and once again like a failure 😠

Then you find yourself being afraid to look in the mirror πŸͺž trying to avoiding having your picture πŸ“Έ taken, not wanting to see people that haven't seen you since you gained your weight back.
