Many of you may know that we started this business without a business loan - which also means that everything we’ve built in this business has been slowly, sustainably, and along the way.

I’ve had my eyes on this rug for years, but as a small business, something else always took priority. I am sooooooo excited to have finally brought this in to keep our space clean, sustainable, and cozy!

Another small win : we always make our own non-toxic cleaners here at CF, but I’ve also been eyeing up floor cleaner, and just never gave myself the permission to “splurge”.

It may seem so small and silly to be excited about a rug and very specific floor cleaner, but wow, I feel like one proud gal.

Thank you for being on this journey with me. Entrepreneurship is a wild ride, but boy, is it magical. ✨

the series returns ✌️

things I do as a yoga studio owner that aren’t yoga : part 10 … ✨this✨

scrub the floors with a sponge, clean the baseboards by hand, vacuum the dust that accumulates in the corners of the ceiling.

though these aren’t the glamorous moments of studio owning, they are a true privilege. it is a gift to get to love this space so deeply.
