I couldn’t be prouder to share this journey! My client and good friend Claren has spent a lifetime on the volleyball court, putting in the kind of grit, determination, and discipline that inspires everyone around her. The past six months, she took it up a notch—focusing not just on athletic skills but on strength and growth. And wow, has she delivered!
It wasn’t just about modifying how she looked but about building strength, power, and resilience to keep doing what she loves.
