If you’ve been nervous about booking your first therapy session… I get it.

You might be thinking an array of things, such as…
“What if it’s awkward?”
“What do we even do in therapy?”
“Is my problem even big enough?”

Your first session is just a conversation.
No pressure. No judgment.

So if you’ve been on the fence about booking a session, let this be your sign to book.

When you’re ready, the link is in my bio.

Evidence-based practice includes laughing way harder than expected 🤷‍♀️😂 (Rapport building & validating, obviously.)

Therapy works best when you are able to present authentically yourself & have a balance of fun.

✨immediate openings available- click the link in the bio to schedule a consultation✨

Self-care came up in a big way at our recent Coloring & Conversations event: Self-Care Edition
One thing we discussed is self-care isn’t just nails, hair, lashes, or appointments.

Those things can feel good, & make you feel pretty; but they don’t always fill you.
Real self-care is the unglamorous stuff, setting boundaries, resting without guilt, having hard conversations, hobbies, & prioritizing yourself!

Self-care is what pours into your cup when you’re tired, overwhelmed, and stretched thin.

Ask yourself: What actually pours back into my cup? 🫶🏽

There’s no secret trick to getting rid of anxiety.
The shift happens when we stop fighting it and start listening to it.

Anxiety is protective — not broken — just loud and misunderstood.
When we befriend it, it stops screaming.

Healing isn’t about elimination, it’s about relationship.
