Tonight’s Kundalini Yoga Class is VIRTUAL ONLY 🌬️💧
Due to extreme weather, we’ll be practicing together online.
January is Kidney season in both Traditional Chinese Medicine and Kundalini Yoga, aligned with the water element—a time for deep listening, safety, and restoring vitality.
The kidneys are often described as rechargeable batteries. They don’t replenish through force, but through nourishment, intention, and conscious breath. When depleted, we may notice burnout, fear, or reduced resilience.
In tonight’s practice, we’ll explore the kidneys as spiritual, energetic, emotional, and physical centers, gently working to transform fear into trust and fearlessness, while building resilience and widening the window of tolerance.
From a ta***ic lens: when we shift internally, our external world follows.
Join from home. Restore, don’t push.
✨ See you online 6pm CST✨
