🍂 🍁 WALK-IN FREE EAR ACUPUNCTURE CLINIC 🍁 🍂

🍁 WHATS BEING OFFERED: We will be doing the 5 Needle Protocol (5 NP) at these free clinics. 5 NP is an acupuncture treatment consisting of 5 points located in the outer ear. It is used to regulate the nervous system & reduce stress. Once needles or ear seeds are placed, you will rest for 20-45 minutes.

🍄 WHEN: Sunday, November 9th from 11AM to 1PM *Last clients will be seen at 1PM

🍁 WHERE: Milwaukee Community Acupuncture 435 E. Lincoln Ave, Floor 2, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53207

🍄 COST: FREE

🍁 RSVP: This is a walk-in event, no appointment is needed! This event is open to all ♥️

🍁 Our November Food Drive has begun! 🍁

We’re collecting pantry items & donations to benefit the ‘s emergency food pantry! For the month of November, you can bring pantry donations to the clinic or make a monetary donation that we will redistribute to the Bay View Community Center.

While all non-expired, unopened, non-perishable, donations are greatly appreciated, here’s a list of the community center’s greatest needs:
🍓 Jam & Jelly
🥣 Cereal
🧀 Macaroni & Cheese
🐟 Canned Tuna & Chicken
🍫 Individually Wrapped Snacks
🧻 Toilet Paper
🧺 Laundry Detergent
🩸Menstrual Care Products

Community care is at the heart of our clinic’s ethos. If you have the means, please join us in this food drive & fundraiser to ensure all of our neighbors have food to feed their families.

To help support this food drive, we will once again be running a raffle. Each donated item will give you 1 entry into a raffle for 5 free community acupuncture treatments.

Mary Bernau-Eigen, meditation instructor, will be offering consecutive classes in meditation to benefit our Pay It Forward program!

✨ ✨ CLASS DESCRIPTION: Zen meditation is a disciplined practice of stilling the mind through wholehearted attentiveness. You will learn how to use the breath & body posture to develop awareness and the capacity to free the mind from ordinary activities of distractive thinking, carried away feeling or daydreaming.

🍁 WHEN: Sundays November 2nd, 9th & 16th 9:30AM to 10:30AM
