This 6-week movement series is designed to help you reconnect with your glutes, core, and pelvic floor so you can move with strength, stability, and confidence.

These classes are for everyone including pregnant women, postpartum bodies, those rebuilding after injury, or anyone wanting to feel more supported and balanced in their body. Movements are adaptable and taught with awareness.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the journey of milk production begins long before birth.

During pregnancy, a mother’s body works tirelessly to nourish both herself and her growing baby. If she becomes deficient from not getting enough rest, nourishment, or support her reserves may be low by the time labor arrives.

During labor, a long, intense birth or significant blood loss can further deplete her vital energy.

After birth, the body must replenish and rebuild.

Without enough Qi and blood, milk supply may be low or delayed.

But it’s not just physical.
When there is emotional stagnation like stress, grief, or frustration the natural flow of milk can be blocked, much like a river dammed by debris.

With proper rest, warming foods, herbs, and emotional support, milk can flow freely, nourishing both baby and mother.

Your postpartum care matters.
