Day five in Marrakech: after morning yoga with Kate, we left the hustle and bustle of the city for the Agafay Desert. The crew rode camels, had tea, a hearty lunch, and a dip in the pool. Despite the unseasonably cold and wet day, we kept our spirits high. Closed the day with yoga with Bethany.

Day four in Marrakech - these yogis were on the road at 4:30 am to catch the SUNRISE in a HOT AIR BALLOON! Incredible views of the sun coming up over the mountains. Had a quick mid-morning break for yoga with Kate and lunch, then off to the next activity- pottery making! Finished the day with yoga with Bethany and a great dinner. What a day! These adventures yogis are great sports about long days in search of ALL the fun!

Day 3 in Marrakech! We went to higher ground for a hike in the Atlas Mountains. Our teachers got in some jump squats near our summit 🤩 Made our way across the rim and ran in to some locals 🐏🐐🫏on our descent

Day two in Marrakech! Started the day with yoga with Kate and headed out for a full day of adventure: cycling through the souks and hidden alleyways, rooftop lunch in town, walking tour to see old architecture, and some fun shopping. Back at the hotel for yoga with Bethany and a beautiful dinner on the patio. This is adventure traveling!

Day 1 in Marrakech! As guests arrived, there was time to settle in and enjoy the pool. Followed by a tour of the grounds, yoga with Kate, welcome cocktails / mocktails, and a hearty dinner!

Deep Rest Yoga Nidra
for Forgiveness

Join Becky this Friday April 3rd from 6:00-7:00pm at Healium Restore for Deep Rest: Yoga Nidra for Forgiveness.

We will absorb some short writings on the nature of forgiveness and how it benefits our inner peace. We will each make a personal intention to forgive in some way. When we lie down for nidra practice, we will envision a journey of healing and forgiveness.

Included in packages & memberships. Single class option also available.

Yoga at the Humboldt Park Pavilion

Join Pam on Thursday April 2nd from 5:30-6:30 pm in the Humboldt Park Pavilion for a non-heated, one hour vinyasa flow that will work your whole body. All levels are welcome to participate!

Bring your own mat, water bottle and any other props for your comfort. This is an indoor event and will happen rain (snow!) or shine!

This class is donation-based with proceeds benefitting Humboldt Park Friends, a non-profit organization focused on engaging the Bay View neighborhood and greater Milwaukee communities and fostering park stewardship through volunteering, preserving park history, improving park amenities and safety, and sponsoring events and programming for education and enjoyment of Humboldt Park. humboldtparkmilwaukee.org

If you’ve left anything behind at Healium Hot Yoga Bay View, Healium Hot Yoga West Allis or Healium Restore Allis, please retrieve them by Wednesday April 1st — all remaining items will be donated or recycled. If you are unable to get into the studio before the 1st, please email us at info@healiumhotyoga.com and we will set your belongings aside for safekeeping. Thank you!!
