Mindfulness Sessions

We’re introducing some new offerings from and for our community and we’re excited to announce the first, a mindful session with meditation teacher . She will lead mindfulness and breath techniques to adapt to the heat and cold ending with a social gathering around the fire.

All are welcome, no experience necessary.

Rachael from has crafted an experience that will transport you to the northwoods for your session with Blomvatten (9 flowers water) and Skogsvatten (forest water with fir/cedar/juniper) for löyly and whisks to exfoliate and promote circulation.
