Taught a 7 hour workshop today! Jal Neti, Pranayama, Asana, Meditation, Mantras, Mudras, and Guided Vision and Goals Journaling. Cooked them lunch & homemade snacks with my co-chef Aytan and made so many drink options. despite my ailments. Of course! I live on day by day and have been living on and continuing forth for 3 years with a disability and I feel so blessed and lucky. Today was incredible. The vibes were immaculate. The sun was out and so were we. I love this shala and this community. I really look forward to taking a group of yogis to Thailand for a full, immersive retreat, but bringing what I've learned from my teachers abroad and here in the U.S back to Milwaukee is an honor and a blessing.
