Well here we are DAY 10!!!!!!! WOOT! I've made it!!!! Im so proud if myself.

These are my last 2 shakes for this detox! I'm still glad I did it and made it though. It was easier than I thought to follow the guidelines they set out but I do miss a lot of food that I couldn't eat.

If you want to give it a try please do, people around me have noticed a change in my skin tone (being brighter) and I have realized I am having less break outs. One downside is it is definitely an investment, the kit goes for 160$ but it's all organic and the farm that makes these (yes I said Farm *insert shocked Pikachu face*) that is in Wisconsin! I am thinking of doing this once a year as I think it is worth my health and it's not that bad to follow.

These last 10 days I've eaten nothing but carrots, sugarsnap peas, and broccoli (because those are my favorite) and have been eating a lot of beef, ground turkey and chicken also Eggs! So it really hadn't been that bad.

If you are seriously considering it please come in and we will get one ordered for you. I will say it's definitely worth the money for the quality of products. Let me know in the comments if you would give this a try!

Sorry about the late timing, I literally got this picture taken then the office got crazy hahahaha.

WE ARE OFFICIALLY DAY 9!!!!!! One more day to go and then I can eat some sushi or have pierogies or not having to be picky about my tea!

Today we have my lemon water and a strawberry smoothie with vanilla powder, not featured are my carrots.

I honestly didn't think I was going to make it the whole way though this, especially because the last 9 days have been stupid stressful for me. My husband and I were supposed to be doing it together however his love of milk got in the way....(he was still amazingly supportive dispite giving up after day one). However I beat my own odds for the sake of making positive steps towards a healthier me! I'm glad I did this, and I plan to do it again in the future periodically to get rid of toxins in my body.

Honestly everyone, thank you for the likes, loves and comments. It's also been your guys support that has been helping me stick to this.

Well here is day 8! 2 more days to go!!!!!

This morning I have peach green tea provided thank to a Christmas present provided by some fabulous family friends! My lemon water and not pictured my snack for the work day which is cucumbers.

As for my shake, I'm not sure what's in it this morning as my lovely husband prepared everything for me before work so I could sleep in a bit later!

Honestly the thing I attribute to making it this far is the fact I have support. It makes the nights I want to give in to cravings a lot easier to deal with. So thank you everyone who has been supporting me whether in person or liking and commenting on these posts.

So with that, I can't wait until Thursday when I can have black teas, coffee, dairy and rice again!

What would be the first thing you would eat (thats not sweets) after you were done with this?

Day 7!!!!! Only 3 days to go!
Another late on thanks to my kitchen faucet hahaha.

After struggling with that and dealing with the aftermath of my dog getting into the kitchen garbage I went with a water, frozen strawberries and my vanilla powder. Super tired from a really long essay for school from last night so I'm taking it easy today, or as easy as I can with the chaos.

Do you think this would be something you would be interested in doing?

Sorry again for the late update but we are at Day 6!!!!! Only 4 more days to go.

I had frozen Peaches leftover from my shakes yesterday and I wanted to use it before I opened another. I left out the Almond Milk and I like it so much better, honestly I'm not a huge fan of almond milk now that I've been drinking it but kudos to those of you who enjoy it hahaha.

Day 5! We have hit the half way point. I will admit today was a tough one not because it's hard to do any of this but because my mental health was against me today. Im doing okay now that I have gotten my first bottle of water in (which is now replaced by water with lemons hahaha). So my lunch for today is very effortless as the struggle is real so carrots and sugarsnap peas are it for today with my shake being Peaches with the vanilla powder a bit of almond milk and water to cut the thickness.

I know I asked this yesterday but what are your thoughts on this detox and is it something you think you would be interested in?

Day 4!!!! Almost halfway there!

Today's shake is mixed berry, 1/2 chocolate powder, 1/2 vanilla powder and almond milk.

Also have my water and not pictured is my green tea off to the side hahaha.

New question if you had the chance to do this detox would you be interested in a inflammatory detox? We are trying to see if we should carry it in our office officially so I'm not trying to sell you anything! I'm also using these to track my progress.

Day 2!

Today I made a chocolate strawberry one! The chocolate takes more like dark chocolate than a milk chocolate but with the strawberries it tastes better than anticipated hahaha.

I had carrots throughout the day yesterday as I usually don't get lunches or breakfast anyway and the smoothie fills me up too. Then had chili at dinner without noodles which was sad for me. I currently miss cheese and sour cream but only 8 days and I can have them again! After dinner I made a strawberries and cream (the powder was vanilla flavored) and it was really good too.

If you have any suggestions for my smoothies please leave them in the comments below and if I try yours I'll tag you!

The catch is.... I only get 3/4 cup of fruits

The fruits I can have are:
Apples Papaya
Berries Peaches
Cherries Pears
Grapes Plums

Please give me some Ideas of fruit combos!

Starting off this morning with a Raspberry smoothie with the Standard Process SP Complete in Vanilla 💚
Lots of Vitamins, this is just added on to what I already take daily so not too bad just adding more to the regiment.
Honestly, the taste of the shake really isn't bad, I like the vanilla flavor but I think strawberries would have been better hahaha. I only had raspberries and blueberries at my house this morning.
