Alec Wons and Eric Erhardt were on the ground this week at the Law Enforcement Summit in Tucson, Arizona, connecting with police chiefs from across the country.

Across every conversation, one theme was clear. Departments are looking for ways to keep their people healthy, reduce downtime, and stay operational without stretching budgets even further.

March is National Athletic Trainer Month, and it’s a great opportunity to recognize the professionals who play such an important role in helping people recover, return to work, and stay at their best.

Athletic trainers are at the center of how we support our members through injury. Kaitlin Sonday, one of our Athletic Trainers and Navigators, brings 14 years of experience to every interaction.

Kaitlin and our Navigator team combine clinical expertise with a thoughtful, hands-on approach. From the first call, they help members understand their injury, guide next steps, and connect them to the right care so they can begin recovery without unnecessary delays.

At Ready Rebound, athletic trainers play a critical role in supporting our members through injury recovery. One of those professionals is Dawn Lauer, an Athletic Trainer and Navigator on our team.

Our Navigators bring clinical expertise, compassion, and guidance to every recovery journey. They help our members triage injuries, navigate care, and connect with the right providers so recovery can start quickly.

We’re proud to announce our partnership with the Greater Memphis Chamber, making Ready Rebound available to all Chamber members for the benefit of the essential workers who keep Memphis moving.

Named the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives 2025 Chamber of the Year, the Greater Memphis Chamber is setting the standard for workforce leadership and community impact.
