It's a little over a month away but we hope you'll join us for our first community workshop!

We will experience a restorative yoga / sound bath workshop together (facilitated by Helena and Jordan from Structurally Sound (Metaphysical Medicine LLC ) and then enjoy delicious snacks (provided by ).

New Class Alert! We hope you will join us for our Beginner + Community Class now on Sunday afternoons AND Thursday nights starting August 21st.

Whether you are new to yoga or returning to your practice, this class is for you!

Each month, this class will include a rotation of standing poses, forward bends, back bends and restorative poses with seated poses and twists interspersed throughout. Inversions and their variations are introduced and explored. Modifications of poses are used as needed.

The class is geared towards those with 0 - 6 months experience, however, all who are interested are welcome to join us.

Community classes are offered as a gift to our community, donations between $5-25 are appreciated to help us continue these offerings but are not required or expected.

We have a so many fun community classes happening tomorrow, hope you can join us!

Community Class: Family Yoga with Jess & Hart
Sunday July 6th (9 - 10am)

💖 Join us for some family movement in the morning – and come on back for ice cream in the afternoon!

🐸 During Family Yoga, we transform the studio space into an obstacle course of props. The line of stools are rocks over a lava pit, mats are lily pads for hopping frogs, the chairs are forest, and the trestle is a tunnel. Kids balance, jump, crawl, and hop to their hearts’ content, while their grown ups move through a series of poses.

🍎 And there’s snack time! Please bring a nut-free snack to share! And pssh, grown ups, you get to do some lovely restorative poses while the kiddos happily enjoy snacks together.

🌈 This is a sliding scale community class. Donations are welcome, but not expected.

Community Class: Ice Cream Konasana with Sara & Hart
Sunday July 6th (2pm to 4pm)

☀️ Celebrate summer with yoga friends!

🧘 With Sara, we will explore so many kona poses from upavistha konasana to parsvakonasana. And then, after a restful supta baddha konasana, we will head down to the backyard for treats.

🍦Hart will provide a selection of dairy and vegan ice cream – and cones, of course. You can bring a topping to share!

Join us this Sunday for another Family Yoga Class!

We transform the studio space into an obstacle course of props. The line of stools are rocks over a lava pit, mats are lily pads for hopping frogs, the chairs are forest, and the trestle is a tunnel. Kids balance, jump, crawl, and hop to their hearts’ content, while their grown ups move through a series of poses.

After a healthy snack break, we wrap up with a collaborative building competition featuring all the bolsters and all the cork blocks. By the end, the kiddos find their own savasana amid all the pile.

If that sounds like a fun Sunday afternoon to you & your kiddo, come join us again on Sunday April 13th at 2pm! Like all Community Classes, Family Yoga is sliding scale ($0 - $20 / family). Tonight is the spring election -- and there is a lot is on the ballot, including the Wisconsin supreme court, state superintendent of public instruction, and District 3 alderman seat.

And tonight (after you vote) we will begin our three week experiment with home practice with this sequence. At home, you can continue the experiment! What happens if you use the countertop for Ardha Uttanasana before starting the dishes? Or how does it feel to do legs up the wall (or bed or couch) at night? Is there a slice of wall in your home that is just right for head support in Parsvakonasana?
